Sergio Goicoechea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddy Amato in the 4th minute of the match. Plaza Jewell's Pablo Mei played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abel Pirani in the 5th minute of play. Tiago Xavier kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Plaza Jewell were awarded a corner. Cristian Chivu went to the cornerflag to take it. 14 minutes into the match, Plaza Jewell's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Gustavo Mazza came free, but Pablo Mei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
