In the 15th minute, Ulrik Allbom ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bahattin Yetkiner was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After 23 minutes of play, Doctors of Dental Surgery's Rasmus Gernberg made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bahattin Yetkiner was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to MALATYASPOR getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Silvano Fraco hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Ulrik Allbom managed to get in a good position for a shot. Doctors of Dental Surgery's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulrik Allbom was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bahattin Yetkiner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silverio Maureo hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. MALATYASPOR's Bahattin Yetkiner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulrik Allbom in the 31st minute of play. Ulrik Allbom scored 0-3 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bahattin Yetkiner, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 36 minutes into the match, Doctors of Dental Surgery's goalkeeper Oliver Lundin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ali Çağrı Çetiner. It was beautiful to see Doctors of Dental Surgery's Nils-Emil Persson in action when he in the 43rd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After 45 minutes, Björn Willig mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Doctors of Dental Surgery and the MALATYASPOR players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Doctors of Dental Surgery fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 44th minute. Penalty! Oliver Lundin had in the 46thth minute some difficulties stopping Nurkan Türksan's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Doctors of Dental Surgery's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulrik Allbom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

In the 51st match minute, MALATYASPOR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Çağrı Çetiner to maneuver through the defense. Rasmus Gernberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Bahattin Yetkiner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bahattin Yetkiner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rasmus Gernberg in the 54th minute of play. Oliver Lundin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Çağrı Çetiner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute, Nurkan Türksan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nils-Emil Persson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bahattin Yetkiner having to make a save. 64 minutes into the match, MALATYASPOR's goalkeeper Bahattin Yetkiner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulrik Allbom. The supporters of Doctors of Dental Surgery booed when MALATYASPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Buğra Türehan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bahattin Yetkiner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rasmus Gernberg in the 83rd minute of play. If Rasmus Gernberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the match, MALATYASPOR's goalkeeper Bahattin Yetkiner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ulrik Allbom. Ali Çağrı Çetiner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The Doctors of Dental Surgery players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
