The supporters of chacarita juniors booed when Marno F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zeledon Victoro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aldo Beltxe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Ospin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pascual Erramun made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Igor Jokin sent off a good shot on target. Inocencio Cristos struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Aldo Beltxe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for chacarita juniors. Igor Jokin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Pascual Erramun made a huge save. Aldo Beltxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osvaldo Ospin in the 35th minute of play. chacarita juniors's Pascual Erramun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save chacarita juniors from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Lázaro Cefero kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pascual Erramun. That made the score 2-0 in the 41 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Marno F.C.'s Lázaro Cefero got a free kick in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Igor Jokin made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the chacarita juniors defense, Zeledon Valiente kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pascual Erramun. The chacarita juniors fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pascual Erramun should have stopped the shot. Zeledon Valiente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
