Cornel Filimon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Cornel Filimon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Numan Tanuğur in the 17th minute of the match. The supporters of CS UNIVERSATEA CRAIOVA booed when Scorpions -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Numan Tanuğur didn't get a good kick on the ball. Numan Tanuğur who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 25thth minute tested the skills of Cornel Filimon when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Numan Tanuğur in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cornel Filimon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With splendid footwork Numan Tanuğur arrived in front of goal to shoot 3-0 by the left pole in the game's 28th minute. 31 minutes into the match, Numan Tanuğur notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of CS UNIVERSATEA CRAIOVA's Cornel Filimon. Cornel Filimon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In a very dangerous position, a player in CS UNIVERSATEA CRAIOVA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 38th minute. Penalty! Numan Tanuğur ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 46 minutes, Osvaldo Bero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scorpions -MM-'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Osvaldo Bero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Numan Tanuğur made the kick off in the second half. Scorpions -MM-'s Berkin Güdü managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Albert Rânceanu in the 50 minute of the game. In the 53rd minute Numan Tanuğur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornel Filimon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, CS UNIVERSATEA CRAIOVA's Lucero Cabrera got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 55 minutes of play, Scorpions -MM-'s Numan Tanuğur made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cornel Filimon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gelu Roșeanu kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Scorpions -MM-'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Berkin Güdü in the 78th minute. A collision led to Scorpions -MM- getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Roberto-Carlos Sorin hit a great ball. Cornel Filimon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Numan Tanuğur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Numan Tanuğur in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cornel Filimon saved CS UNIVERSATEA CRAIOVA from getting behind. The corner ended in Berkin Güdü almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CS UNIVERSATEA CRAIOVA's Cornel Filimon did a great save. Numan Tanuğur took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cornel Filimon. Cornel Filimon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. Cornel Filimon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgar Matela in the 94th minute of play. Cornel Filimon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Numan Tanuğur in the 95th minute of the match.
