Asier Pedraja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panagiotis Psaris in the 8th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Argyris Stokas in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Asier Pedraja saved Real Dracul Medellín from getting behind. Asier Pedraja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panagiotis Psaris in the 17th minute of play. Real Dracul Medellín's Asier Pedraja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Panagiotis Psaris in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Argyris Stokas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Asier Pedraja was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Isidoros Tsagarakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henric Viciola, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute Panos Barbagiannis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asier Pedraja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 29 minutes Real Dracul Medellín's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Dawid Kosakowski who took care of the corner kick. PaoK Neapoleos's Dawid Kosakowski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Asier Pedraja in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 31st minute, Edson Lagala hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Real Dracul Medellín's Asier Pedraja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Argyris Stokas in the 32nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Real Dracul Medellín defense, Argyris Stokas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Asier Pedraja. The Real Dracul Medellín fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Asier Pedraja should have stopped the shot. 35 minutes into the match, Real Dracul Medellín's goal looked a bit too open when Panos Barbagiannis came free, but Asier Pedraja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 43rd match minute, Real Dracul Medellín was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jerardo Cazares to maneuver through the defense. 43 minutes into the match, Real Dracul Medellín's goal looked a bit too open when Argyris Stokas came free, but Asier Pedraja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Argyris Stokas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, PaoK Neapoleos's goal looked a bit too open when Orain Husarte came free, but Isidoros Tsagarakis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Real Dracul Medellín were furious when Orlin Cintron was red carded, 57 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 57 played minutes Real Dracul Medellín got a freekick which was hit by Orlin Cintron. Asier Pedraja made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Dawid Kosakowski sent off a good shot on target. PaoK Neapoleos made a substitution. Vassilis Kyriakas replaced Panagiotis Psaris. Real Dracul Medellín's Edson Lagala quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Giannis Arabatzis, made in the 62nd minute of the game. After having played for 69 minutes, Vassilis Kyriakas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PaoK Neapoleos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vassilis Kyriakas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 72 minutes into the match, Real Dracul Medellín's goal looked a bit too open when Dawid Kosakowski came free, but Asier Pedraja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Real Dracul Medellín's Jerardo Cazares in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of PaoK Neapoleos booed when Real Dracul Medellín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Garnelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 74th minute, PaoK Neapoleos's Vassilis Roubakis ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Asier Pedraja. Asier Pedraja yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Real Dracul Medellín's Asier Pedraja proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Real Dracul Medellín from getting a goal against them. After 83 played minutes PaoK Neapoleos got a freekick which was hit by Sotiris Xifaras. Asier Pedraja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giannis Arabatzis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Asier Pedraja came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by PaoK Neapoleos's Giannis Arabatzis. But to his dismay, Giannis Arabatzis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vassilis Kyriakas in the 88th minute of play forced Real Dracul Medellín's goalkeeper Asier Pedraja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of PaoK Neapoleos booed when Real Dracul Medellín was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristian Garnelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Real Dracul Medellín's Mero Menchaca got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Dawid Kosakowski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Asier Pedraja read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. In the 94th minute, Vassilis Kyriakas fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Asier Pedraja, passed just outside the right post. The Real Dracul Medellín fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. PaoK Neapoleos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
