Sebastian Jago charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sebastian Jago the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Real Dracul Medellín's Asier Pedraja played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebastian Jago in the 4th minute of play. Asier Pedraja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Jago, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Real Dracul Medellín's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Godoy came free, but Asier Pedraja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Real Dracul Medellín getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Edson Lagala hit a great ball. Carmine Polmone struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Asier Pedraja didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piotrków Trybunalski. Henric Viciola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlinhos Freitas having to interfere. After having played for 13 minutes, Bartoli Bertiz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Dracul Medellín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bartoli Bertiz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Jago in the 15th minute of play forced Real Dracul Medellín's goalkeeper Asier Pedraja to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Asier Pedraja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aleksander Dembowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 18 minutes into the match, Real Dracul Medellín's goal looked a bit too open when Carmine Polmone came free, but Asier Pedraja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Real Dracul Medellín defense, Sebastian Jago kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Asier Pedraja. The Real Dracul Medellín fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Asier Pedraja should have stopped the shot. After 27 played minutes Real Dracul Medellín got a freekick which was hit by Jerardo Cazares. Orain Husarte received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Carlinhos Freitas came out and tried to block the shot, but Orain Husarte slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 32nd minute. In the 44th minute, Aleksander Dembowski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piotrków Trybunalski fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. 47 minutes into the game, Orlin Cintron was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real Dracul Medellín's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Piotrków Trybunalski the free kick. In the 48th minute there was a penalty for Piotrków Trybunalski. Francisco Godoy stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Asier Pedraja. 1-3.
When Bartoli Bertiz fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Real Dracul Medellín's protests and gave Bartoli Bertiz a yellow card for diving instead. After 53 played minutes Real Dracul Medellín got a freekick which was hit by Bartoli Bertiz. In the 55th minute Francisco Godoy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asier Pedraja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by Real Dracul Medellín's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jerzy Kaszubik was slow to take the kick. During this time Piotrków Trybunalski's players had a chance to rest. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Asier Pedraja made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Aleksander Dembowski sent off a good shot on target. In the 74th minute Carmine Polmone shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Asier Pedraja saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Asier Pedraja made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Francisco Godoy sent off a good shot on target. Sebastian Jago could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Asier Pedraja made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Orain Husarte in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlinhos Freitas saved Piotrków Trybunalski from getting behind. Real Dracul Medellín's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Henric Viciola in the 87th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Jago got free with Asier Pedraja in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 90th minute, Francisco Godoy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piotrków Trybunalski fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. 94 minutes into the match, Real Dracul Medellín's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Godoy came free, but Asier Pedraja reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute, Carmine Polmone reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Asier Pedraja. The goal made the score 1-5. Piotrków Trybunalski's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
