The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Siro Lore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arif Ozan Ongunsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. When Halcones's Claudio Abeijon in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SOMINECO's goalie prevented a goal. Ahmet Nedim Köksal came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Halcones's Claudio Abeijon. But to his dismay, Claudio Abeijon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Arif Ozan Ongunsu hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudio Abeijon in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Nedim Köksal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Claudio Abeijon struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Ahmet Nedim Köksal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Halcones. SOMINECO's Engin Seferoğlulları got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Claudio Abeijon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Nedim Köksal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Ortzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Siro Lore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arif Ozan Ongunsu in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, Atabek Gündüz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SOMINECO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Halcones the free kick. A collision led to SOMINECO getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Atabek Gündüz hit a great ball. In the 29th minute Miromir Bochinski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Nedim Köksal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Miromir Bochinski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Nedim Köksal having to interfere. Sebastian Ortzi hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Claudio Abeijon put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ahmet Nedim Köksal. Siro Lore stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arif Ozan Ongunsu's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. Arif Ozan Ongunsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Siro Lore having to interfere. The SOMINECO players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Halcones were winning 0-2.

The wind increased when Claudio Abeijon made the kick off in the second half. Siro Lore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehdi Kutlubay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Nedim Köksal stood somewhat misplaced when Sebastian Ortzi came free in front of goal and shot 0-4 to the left of him in the 62 minute. After a rather tough play, SOMINECO's Atabek Gündüz got a free kick in the 66th minute. Ahmet Nedim Köksal made an important save on a dangerous shot by Claudio Abeijon in the 73rd minute. Halcones's Claudio Abeijon was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 74th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. After a rather tough play, Halcones's Dalmacio Ortzi got a free kick in the 81st minute. Claudio Abeijons short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Ahmet Nedim Köksal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 89th play minutes Sebastian Ortzi shot 0-8, a short shot which went by Ahmet Nedim Köksal and just under the crossbar into goal. 95 minutes into the match, SOMINECO's goalkeeper Ahmet Nedim Köksal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claudio Abeijon. Sebastian Ortzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Nedim Köksal having to interfere. Halcones's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
