An unexpectedly hard shot by David Piarres in the 9th minute of play forced Moodys IF's goalkeeper Azam Sum to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atlético Argentino's attack was well implemented in the 10th minute, but when David Piarres was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. After a rather tough play, Moodys IF's Barnabás Selymes got a free kick in the 11th minute. Azam Sum showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Piarres in the 12th minute of the match. Barnabás Selymes hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Azam Sum took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Piarres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, David Piarres notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Moodys IF's Azam Sum. Azam Sum was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 22 minutes into the match, J.J Huge had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Azam Sum. Moodys IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that J.J Huge was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Raimundo Feliu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boris Browald in the 25th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Piarres in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Azam Sum prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Atlético Argentino's David Piarres in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Moodys IF's goalie prevented a goal. 31 minutes into the match, Atlético Argentino's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell-Arne Åberg came free, but Raimundo Feliu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moodys IF's Azam Sum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Piarres in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th match minute, Moodys IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Åke Johansson to maneuver through the defense. David Piarres recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raimundo Feliu was out of position in the 37 minute of play, and Barnabás Selymes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Barnabás Selymes really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Raimundo Feliu made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Kjell-Arne Åberg sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Moodys IF's Åke Johansson got a free kick in the 44th minute.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. David Piarres was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Moodys IF's goalkeeper Azam Sum had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by David Piarres. In the 61st minute David Piarres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Azam Sum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Josemir Lujambio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Azam Sum was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 65th minute, David Piarres ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Azam Sum was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Atlético Argentino made a substitution. Dionisio Bonifaco's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, Azam Sum skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 85 minutes into the match, Moodys IF's goalkeeper Azam Sum had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dionisio Bonifaco. Josemir Lujambio scored 1-5 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Azam Sum, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Moodys IF's zone, Dionisio Bonifaco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Azam Sum came out of the goal and Dionisio Bonifaco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Barnabás Selymes hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Moodys IF's Azam Sum played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dionisio Bonifaco in the 94th minute of play. Azam Sum showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Josemir Lujambio, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Atlético Argentino's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eufemio Yabbarov in the 96th minute. The corner ended in Joaquín Guzmán almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Moodys IF's Azam Sum did a great save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Atlético Argentino had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
