T H F C's Luke Bush tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the PINGO PINGO defense, Donny Beckwith kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dionisio Raphael. The PINGO PINGO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dionisio Raphael should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Franz Midgley in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dionisio Raphael prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 37th minute, Paulo José de Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind T H F C's goalkeeper Luke Bush, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Filip Josefsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matt Friend took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dionisio Raphael. Dionisio Raphael dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alvaro Micarelli was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Franz Midgley in the 50th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dionisio Raphael saved PINGO PINGO from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matt Friend in the 55th minute of play forced PINGO PINGO's goalkeeper Dionisio Raphael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. T H F C's Luke Bush proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save T H F C from getting a goal against them. Dionisio Raphael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Franz Midgley, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 70th minute of the match, Alvaro Micarelli got a very nice opportunity to score, but Luke Bush was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 74 minutes into the game, Matt Friend cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-1. Dionisio Raphael was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dave Hartley kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. After 87 minutes of play, PINGO PINGO's Filip Josefsson made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luke Bush was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some careless play in the T H F C defense, Alvaro Micarelli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luke Bush. The T H F C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luke Bush should have stopped the shot. After 94 minutes T H F C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joga Bem who took care of the corner kick. There was no doubt that T H F C were the better team. T H F C's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
