Villa Ballester FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Miguel Diagur scored to the left of an out of position Miloslav Rožnovský, making the score, 2-0. Omar Maju struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Miloslav Rožnovský didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Capdevilla. Capdevilla's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Adolfo Dolfo in the 17th minute. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Villa Ballester FC's goalkeeper Miloslav Rožnovský, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Miloslav Rožnovský showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Maju in the 22nd minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Miguel Diagur kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Miloslav Rožnovský. That made the score 3-0 in the 24 minute of play. A collision led to Villa Ballester FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Bernardo Estavan hit a great ball. Miloslav Rožnovský showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Maju in the 27th minute of the match. Pastor Valery made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saverio Perez in the 31st minute of play. Miloslav Rožnovský made an important save on a dangerous shot by Miguel Diagur in the 33rd minute. After 34 played minutes Villa Ballester FC got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Ceandro. After a defensive mix-up in Villa Ballester FC's zone, Miguel Diagur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miloslav Rožnovský came out of the goal and Miguel Diagur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Maju in the 36th minute of play forced Villa Ballester FC's goalkeeper Miloslav Rožnovský to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Diagur recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Capdevilla fans' excitement grew in the 41st match minute when Capdevilla's Miguel Diagur looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 44 minutes into the match, Miguel Diagur notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Villa Ballester FC's Miloslav Rožnovský. Miloslav Rožnovský was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

Miguel Diagur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miloslav Rožnovský read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. Bernardo Estavan kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Sylwester Domaradzki came free with the goalkeeper in the 63rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pastor Valery could save by the left post. 64 minutes into the match, Villa Ballester FC's goal looked a bit too open when Miguel Diagur came free, but Miloslav Rožnovský reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miloslav Rožnovský took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Diagur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Villa Ballester FC's goalkeeper Miloslav Rožnovský, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Eduardo Ceandro's late challenge caught a Capdevilla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eduardo Ceandro helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th minute, Eduardo Ceandro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 69th match minute, Villa Ballester FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eduardo Ceandro to maneuver through the defense. Villa Ballester FC's Miloslav Rožnovský played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Diagur in the 70th minute of play. Pastor Valery showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luis Manni, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. But to his dismay, Miguel Diagur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Berdoi in the 95th minute of play forced Villa Ballester FC's goalkeeper Miloslav Rožnovský to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Capdevilla were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after Villa Ballester FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Adolfo Dolfo took the corner. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Capdevilla fully deserved thier win.
