An unexpectedly hard shot by Donny Slot in the 3rd minute of play forced Breizh Punishers's goalkeeper Teddy Michalon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thierry Auroy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Taco Uebels having to interfere. Taco Uebels made a fantastic save in the 7th minute, when Thierry Auroy sent off a good shot on target. Yann Telle charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Yann Telle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Breizh Punishers getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Yann Telle hit a great ball. In the 12th minute, Stefan Pieters got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Donny Slot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Taco Uebels showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samir Gallien, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 19 minutes into the match, AC Pitt Bier's goalkeeper Taco Uebels had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thierry Auroy. AC Pitt Bier's Martijn Makaay got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Breizh Punishers's zone, Martijn Makaay stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teddy Michalon came out of the goal and Martijn Makaay tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Samir Gallien sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernand Joanny in the 34th minute of play forced AC Pitt Bier's goalkeeper Taco Uebels to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teddy Michalon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Åke Fransson in the 36th minute of play. After 42 minutes, Koen Bouwman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AC Pitt Bier and the Breizh Punishers players grew even worse after the yellow card. Breizh Punishers's Faouzi Lancelle was substituted for Jocelyn Care. After 43 played minutes AC Pitt Bier got a freekick which was hit by Koen Bouwman. In the 44th minute Samir Gallien shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Taco Uebels saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Breizh Punishers's attentive Fernand Joanny managed to snatch the ball when Koen Bouwman made a throw-in in the 45th minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thierry Auroy to make the kick off. The supporters of AC Pitt Bier booed when Breizh Punishers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samir Gallien didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dick Egberts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Taco Uebels was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 60th minute, Thierry Auroy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Taco Uebels was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Teddy Michalon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Martijn Makaay, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Donny Slot managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Pitt Bier's supporters rose to their feet, but Donny Slot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teddy Michalon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. AC Pitt Bier's Juan Badr was substituted for Gerard Lever. Breizh Punishers's Hubert Bertron was substituted for Fernand Joanny. Breizh Punishers made a substitution. Émilien Goude replaced Jordan Donat. Taco Uebels made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thierry Auroy in the 74th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Breizh Punishers's Hubert Bertron sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Taco Uebels narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 77 minutes into the match, Breizh Punishers's goalkeeper Teddy Michalon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donny Slot. The supporters of Breizh Punishers booed when AC Pitt Bier was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martijn Makaay didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, AC Pitt Bier's Mathieu Hilbrands got a free kick in the 83rd minute. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Breizh Punishers were victorious despite being under pressure from AC Pitt Bier for much of the match.
