Breizh Punishers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jocelyn Care in the 7th minute. It was a well-played corner which Fernand Joanny managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 9 minutes into the game, Thierry Auroy cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Generoso Gaxan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Samir Gallien came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Breizh Punishers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Samir Gallien couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Breizh Punishers's Teddy Michalon got control of the ball when Frank Pinho tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute Ireland 1921 were awarded a corner. Boguslaw Kaider went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Ireland 1921's corner Boguslaw Kaider fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Teddy Michalon quite easily take care of the ball. Thierry Auroy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vinicio Etxahun hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Ireland 1921's Generoso Gaxan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thierry Auroy in the 24th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thierry Auroy in the 26th minute of play forced Ireland 1921's goalkeeper Generoso Gaxan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thierry Auroy might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Generoso Gaxan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thierry Auroy ran back to his position shaking his head. Thierry Auroy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ireland 1921's Generoso Gaxan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thierry Auroy in the 36th minute of play. Ireland 1921 were awarded a corner in the 39th minute after Breizh Punishers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Boguslaw Kaider took the corner. 41 minutes into the match, Ireland 1921's goal looked a bit too open when Thierry Auroy came free, but Generoso Gaxan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Boguslaw Kaider in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teddy Michalon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ireland 1921's Boguslaw Kaider was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 43rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Breizh Punishers made a substitution. Faouzi Lancelle replaced Samir Gallien. 58 minutes into the match, Faouzi Lancelle dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Generoso Gaxan, 1-2. When Breizh Punishers's Jocelyn Care, in the 68th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Breizh Punishers. In the 71st minute, Breizh Punishers's Faouzi Lancelle ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Generoso Gaxan. Generoso Gaxan yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-3. Teddy Michalon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Pinho in the 76th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Thierry Auroy put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Generoso Gaxan. Breizh Punishers's Émilien Goude was substituted for Jordan Donat. 86 minutes into the match, Ireland 1921's goalkeeper Generoso Gaxan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Thierry Auroy. Generoso Gaxan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hubert Bertron, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ireland 1921's Generoso Gaxan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Ireland 1921 from getting a goal against them. After some careless play in the Breizh Punishers defense, Boguslaw Kaider kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teddy Michalon. The Breizh Punishers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teddy Michalon should have stopped the shot. Breizh Punishers's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
