The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Genzo Wakabayashi made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Orti Sánchez sent off a good shot on target. Garibaldo Quijana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anselmo Ganix in the 10th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Bociany SA's goal looked a bit too open when Calisto Abril came free, but Genzo Wakabayashi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Bociany SA's Bektaş Veli Bengisoy in 17 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Garibaldo Quijana guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Orti Sánchez let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 18th minute shot 1-0 at rihgt post. In the 23rd minute Fillos de Breogán were awarded a corner. Gelacio Campomanes went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Oto Gómez got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Genzo Wakabayashi quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Genzo Wakabayashi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldemar Olszewski in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Fillos de Breogán's goal looked a bit too open when Boban Fett came free, but Garibaldo Quijana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Garibaldo Quijana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lech Sroka, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. A collision led to Bociany SA getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Cezary Bialakowski hit a great ball. Genzo Wakabayashi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orti Sánchez in the 41st minute of the match. In the 47th minute Boban Fett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Garibaldo Quijana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Orti Sánchez to strike the kick off in the second half. Garibaldo Quijana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Boban Fett, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. Garibaldo Quijana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bektaş Veli Bengisoy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute Bociany SA were awarded a corner. Daniel Gerlach went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Fillos de Breogán's goalie and right to Bektaş Veli Bengisoy. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Fillos de Breogán's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. When Bociany SA's Bektaş Veli Bengisoy in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fillos de Breogán's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Calisto Abril in the 63rd minute of play forced Bociany SA's goalkeeper Genzo Wakabayashi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orti Sánchez in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Genzo Wakabayashi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Domeka Paredes struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Genzo Wakabayashi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fillos de Breogán. The supporters of Bociany SA booed when Fillos de Breogán was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gelacio Campomanes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Garibaldo Quijana acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 70th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Jerzy Andryszyn. Fillos de Breogán's Garibaldo Quijana proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Fillos de Breogán from getting a goal against them. Calisto Abril scored 3-1 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Genzo Wakabayashi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Boban Fett in the 76thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Garibaldo Quijana, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Garibaldo Quijana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anselmo Ganix in the 80th minute. Genzo Wakabayashi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orti Sánchez in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 95th minute Orti Sánchez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Genzo Wakabayashi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bociany SA players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Fillos de Breogán.
