Zhao Yao Ying scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulo Renato Novaes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Guo Han Di took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodriguinho Hermes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian-Federico Dolić in the 7th minute of play forced Coelho FC's goalkeeper Paulo Renato Novaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the match, Cristian-Federico Dolić had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Paulo Renato Novaes. Coelho FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian-Federico Dolić was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. In the 13th minute of the game, Mathias Mazza landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. Coelho FC made a substitution. Wilian Guimarães replaced Mathias Mazza. Guo Han Di made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Valdo Peres sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Oldham Athletic booed when Coelho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Linhares didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute Cristian-Federico Dolić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paulo Renato Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Renato Novaes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian-Federico Dolić in the 21st minute of the match. After 23 played minutes Coelho FC got a freekick which was hit by Jordi Puig. Paulo Renato Novaes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zhao Yao Ying in the 27th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodriguinho Hermes in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guo Han Di prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Guo Han Di stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodriguinho Hermes's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the game, George Strömberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Coelho FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Oldham Athletic the free kick. A collision led to Coelho FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. George Strömberg hit a great ball. Paulo Renato Novaes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zhao Yao Ying's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. When Zhao Yao Ying came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Oldham Athletic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Zhao Yao Ying couldn't finish the play. Paulo Renato Novaes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anxo Cecilia in the 40th minute of the match. Paulo Renato Novaes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian-Federico Dolić, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristian-Federico Dolić in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Renato Novaes saved Coelho FC from getting behind. Rodriguinho Hermes's late challenge caught a Oldham Athletic's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The wind increased when Rodriguinho Hermes made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Panagiotis Abelas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zhao Yao Ying who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Paulo Renato Novaes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Coelho FC's Paulo Renato Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zhao Yao Ying in the 55th minute of play. Coelho FC's Rodriguinho Hermes got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paulo Renato Novaes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zhao Yao Ying in the 58th minute. 62 minutes into the match, Oldham Athletic's goal looked a bit too open when Rodriguinho Hermes came free, but Guo Han Di reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Coelho FC's Paulo Renato Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian-Federico Dolić in the 65th minute of play. In the 67th match minute, Coelho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdo Peres to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Coelho FC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Valdo Peres hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Coelho FC's George Strömberg got a free kick in the 69th minute. Valter Abrahamsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Sune Axelsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Paulo Renato Novaes. That made the score 0-3 in the 75 minute of play. If Sune Axelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zhao Yao Yings short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Paulo Renato Novaes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 84thth minute of the game Rodriguinho Hermes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Oldham Athletic's Guo Han Di was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 85 minutes into the match, Coelho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Muhammed-Emir Benice came free, but Paulo Renato Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valdo Peres kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Valter Abrahamsson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Oldham Athletic fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. With an all-out effort, Oldham Athletic's Paulo Renato Novaes threw himself towards the right post 96 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sune Axelsson, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After 97 minutes Coelho FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Filippo Bobbio who took care of the corner kick. Oldham Athletic's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
