The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The crowd rose to their feet as ⚽ Sombra Amarella ⚽'s Michalis Bilias slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jerzy Dudek. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Aurelian Feraru got a throw-in 5 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Aiolos Rorris. Jerzy Dudek was a little too slow when Aiolos Rorris got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 7th minute. The score was now 2-0. Lucjan Puchlik hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Feliks Penc in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jerzy Dudek saved SS SuperSonics from getting behind. After 22 minutes, Aurelian Feraru mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ⚽ Sombra Amarella ⚽ and the SS SuperSonics players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ⚽ Sombra Amarella ⚽'s Aurelian Feraru got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Jerzy Dudek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Feliks Penc, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. With a little luck, SS SuperSonics's Jerzy Dudek got control of the ball when Feliks Penc tried to sneak it across the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Feliks Penc notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of SS SuperSonics's Jerzy Dudek. Jerzy Dudek was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jerzy Dudek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Michalis Bilias in the 32nd minute of play. Feliks Penc took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jerzy Dudek. Jerzy Dudek dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. SS SuperSonics's Jerzy Dudek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yu Chang Ping in the 43rd minute of play. Jerzy Dudek made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Feliks Penc sent off a good shot on target. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jimmy Søderberg made a kick off. A collision led to SS SuperSonics getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Tayyip İzci hit a great ball. Jerzy Dudek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliks Penc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dimosthenis Doukatelis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wincenty Chlebek in the 58th minute of play. SS SuperSonics's Jerzy Dudek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliks Penc in the 60th minute of play. 63 minutes into the game, Feliks Penc cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-1. Jerzy Dudek was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 65 minutes into the match, Feliks Penc had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jerzy Dudek. SS SuperSonics's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Feliks Penc was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1. A collision led to SS SuperSonics getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Lucjan Puchlik hit a great ball. SS SuperSonics's Jerzy Dudek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliks Penc in the 69th minute of play. Xu Wei Chao hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. After 80th play minutes Feliks Penc shot 8-1, a short shot which went by Jerzy Dudek and just under the crossbar into goal. A collision led to SS SuperSonics getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Alfons Arenius hit a great ball. SS SuperSonics's Jerzy Dudek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliks Penc in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute Feliks Penc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jerzy Dudek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jerzy Dudek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Feliks Penc, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the match, ⚽ Sombra Amarella ⚽'s goalkeeper Dimosthenis Doukatelis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Almiron. ⚽ Sombra Amarella ⚽'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
