Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wambasther Terry stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Oldham Athletic's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Goth Cloudy Experience the free kick. After 93 played minutes Oldham Athletic got a freekick which was hit by Valter Abrahamsson. After a rather tough play, Oldham Athletic's Gösta Brolin got a free kick in the 94th minute. Oldham Athletic played a much better game than Goth Cloudy Experience and deserved their victory. The Goth Cloudy Experience players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
