Atlético Municipal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andoni Viguri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 9th minute of the match, Willie Colon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dadhyan Rudrappa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Atlético Municipal's Chuan Cintron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Villalaz in the 14th minute of play. Chuan Cintron didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Villalaz went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Dadhyan Rudrappa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willie Colon in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, ORION F.C.'s goalkeeper Dadhyan Rudrappa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Claude Sena. Claude Sena could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Dadhyan Rudrappa made a huge save. Atlético Municipal's Claude Sena couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 25th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for ORION F.C.. Willie Colon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dadhyan Rudrappa having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Willie Colon got free with Dadhyan Rudrappa in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pedro Villalaz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chuan Cintron read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Pedro Villalaz took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Chuan Cintron. Chuan Cintron dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2.

Atlético Municipal made a substitution. Cordero Gipils replaced Azubeli Roman. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Willie Colon was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Alexander Murillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 56thth minute of the game Willie Colon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ORION F.C.'s Dadhyan Rudrappa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 58 minutes of play, ORION F.C.'s Alexander Murillo made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Chuan Cintron was left in no man's land by his defense there! ORION F.C.'s Andrés Mendieta was substituted for Alexander Murillo. Dadhyan Rudrappa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willie Colon in the 67th minute of play. Pedro Villalaz in the 69thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Chuan Cintron, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Atlético Municipal made a substitution. Gau Resto replaced Oscar De León. Atlético Municipal were awarded a corner in the 77th minute after ORION F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Claude Sena took the corner. 78 minutes into the match, ORION F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Gau Resto came free, but Dadhyan Rudrappa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Atlético Municipal's Gau Resto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dadhyan Rudrappa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. If Gau Resto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to ORION F.C. getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Andrés Mendieta hit a great ball. Atlético Municipal's Claude Sena got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Atlético Municipal's Henry Fiola was substituted for Willie Colon. ORION F.C.'s Enrique Gutierrez was substituted for Agustin Torrijos. Dadhyan Rudrappa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claude Sena in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Gau Resto made a precise shot to the right of Dadhyan Rudrappa. ORION F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. ORION F.C.'s Pedro Castillo was substituted for Felipe Orozco.
