The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 44th minute, Caleb Roy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 45th minute of the match Kong Sen Chen shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Drew Knight showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Drew Knight made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Trevor Eubank in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 95th minute, Bart Easton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Chelsea fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. SK Mons's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
