Stanislaw Tyszka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 95th minute of the match Gimnasia y tiro got a corner. S.C. Canidelense's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Esben Nordborg ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Esben Nordborg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Stanislaw Tyszka quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. When the final whistle sounded Gimnasia y tiro left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than S.C. Canidelense.
