Pierre Landzaat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 22 minutes into the game, Jack Zoetmulder was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. S.C. Potentia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Clapham Comets F.C. the free kick. Dawid Czaplicki who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 24thth minute tested the skills of Pierre Landzaat when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a little luck, S.C. Potentia's Pierre Landzaat got control of the ball when Mitchell Godwin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pierre Landzaat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ulysses Madureira went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Pierre Landzaat was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Ulysses Madureira capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ulysses Madureira really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. 33 minutes into the game, Ulysses Madureira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Pierre Landzaat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. S.C. Potentia's Pierre Landzaat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulysses Madureira in the 36th minute of play. With a little luck, S.C. Marcin Cebula could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Pierre Landzaat made a huge save. Clapham Comets F.C.'s Mitchell Godwin got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 7-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jack Zoetmulder made a kick off. Pierre Landzaat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ulysses Madureira went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. Pierre Landzaat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mitchell Godwin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 56 minutes of play, Clapham Comets F.C.'s Mitchell Godwin made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 80th minute, Mitchell Godwin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Potentia defense, Ulysses Madureira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pierre Landzaat. The S.C. Potentia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pierre Landzaat should have stopped the shot. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Clapham Comets F.C. had played much better football throughout.
