Naci Ünüvar might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alisson Taffarel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Naci Ünüvar ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 11th minute Timo van Persie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alisson Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Natingui FC's Eliseu Guerra was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 13th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When Luisinho Cordeiro came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Natingui FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luisinho Cordeiro couldn't finish the play. In the 19th minute Jonas Fantini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierre Landzaat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Eliseu Guerra left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Natingui FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. In the 30th minute, Eliseu Guerra made a precise shot to the right of Pierre Landzaat. S.C. Potentia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. After a defensive mix-up in S.C. Potentia's zone, Eliseu Guerra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pierre Landzaat came out of the goal and Eliseu Guerra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 39 minutes into the game, one of S.C. Potentia:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Pierre Landzaat went to the wrong direction when Gustavo Paraíba was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for S.C. Potentia! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jack Zoetmulder made a kick off. After some careless play in the S.C. Potentia defense, Eliseu Guerra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pierre Landzaat. The S.C. Potentia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pierre Landzaat should have stopped the shot. After 56 minutes, Luisinho Cordeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Natingui FC and the S.C. Potentia players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Natingui FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Luisinho Cordeiro hit a great ball. 59 minutes into the match, Eliseu Guerra notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of S.C. Potentia's Pierre Landzaat. Pierre Landzaat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Natingui FC's Eliseu Guerra in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye S.C. Potentia's goalie prevented a goal. Pierre Landzaat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Guerra in the 66th minute of the match. When Frits Douwes fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.C. Potentia's protests and gave Frits Douwes a yellow card for diving instead. Frits Douwes kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. After having played for 70 minutes, Hans Jochemsen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. S.C. Potentia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hans Jochemsen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luisinho Cordeiro hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Jonas Fantini kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the game, Natingui FC's Eliseu Guerra nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pierre Landzaat made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 9-0. Natingui FC's attentive Jean Peixoto managed to snatch the ball when Sjaak Swart made a throw-in in the 85th minute of the game. Pierre Landzaat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisinho Cordeiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute, Naci Ünüvar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. S.C. Potentia's attentive Jhon Zeevenhoven managed to snatch the ball when Jean Peixoto made a throw-in in the 90th minute of the game. 95 minutes into the match, Eliseu Guerra notched a goal, 10-0, to the right of S.C. Potentia's Pierre Landzaat. Pierre Landzaat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
