But to his dismay, Jonathan Willetts quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Clapham Comets F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Marc Lagerberg came free, but Ariel Leguizamón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute, Clapham Comets F.C.'s Ulysses Madureira ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Frans Snell. Frans Snell yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Team Xtra personell's Frans Snell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mitchell Godwin in the 20th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Team Xtra personell's Kim Nilsson got a free kick in the 24th minute. Ulysses Madureira scored 3-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Frans Snell, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 31 minutes into the match, Ulysses Madureira notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Team Xtra personell's Frans Snell. Frans Snell was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 38th minute, Joel Tholsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frans Snell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulysses Madureira, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Mitchell Godwin could shoot a difficult shot in the 43rd minute, which Frans Snell however easily saved by the left post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ulysses Madureira to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Team Xtra personell's goal looked a bit too open when Ulysses Madureira came free, but Frans Snell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 53rd minute Clapham Comets F.C. were awarded a corner. Ulysses Madureira went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Clapham Comets F.C.'s Marcin Cebula to a score. 6-0 in the 53rd minute. Frans Snell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulysses Madureira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frans Snell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcin Cebula in the 61st minute of play. After 62 minutes Team Xtra personell's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ulysses Madureira who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mitchell Godwin in the 64th minute of play forced Team Xtra personell's goalkeeper Frans Snell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jim Brenner during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 65th match minute, Team Xtra personell was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jim Brenner to maneuver through the defense. Joel Tholsson charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Jim Brenner kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. When Karl-Oskar Odman fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Team Xtra personell's protests and gave Karl-Oskar Odman a yellow card for diving instead. Frans Snell had in the 88thth minute some difficulties stopping Ulysses Madureira's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Frans Snell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulysses Madureira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 98 minutes into the game, Clapham Comets F.C.'s Marcin Cebula nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Frans Snell made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0.
