Potentia's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 7 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 2-0 score and a disappointed Pierre Landzaat as he didn't even see the shot coming. When Frits Douwes fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.C. Potentia's protests and gave Frits Douwes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 11th minute, Frits Douwes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carlos Tulio made in the 13th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Alonzo Gartxot. Piara Gerli took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pierre Landzaat. Pierre Landzaat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Piara Gerli in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pierre Landzaat saved S.C. Potentia from getting behind. In the 21st minute, VAMO ARRIBA's Piara Gerli ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Pierre Landzaat. Pierre Landzaat yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Rene Egoitz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pierre Landzaat came out and tried to block the shot, but Rene Egoitz slotted it home off the left post making it 5-0 in the 24th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Cucao in the 27th minute of play forced S.C. Potentia's goalkeeper Pierre Landzaat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 28 minutes into the match, Rene Egoitz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Pierre Landzaat, 6-0. 32 minutes into the match, S.C. Potentia's goal looked a bit too open when Piara Gerli came free, but Pierre Landzaat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Piara Gerlis short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Pierre Landzaat to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience was convinced that Piara Gerli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pierre Landzaat was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. S.C. Potentia's Pierre Landzaat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Cucao in the 37th minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, VAMO ARRIBA's Piara Gerli nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pierre Landzaat made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. In the 41st minute Piara Gerli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierre Landzaat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The VAMO ARRIBA fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when VAMO ARRIBA's Piara Gerli looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 9-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 9-0 at half-time.
The wind increased when Piara Gerli made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Piara Gerli in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pierre Landzaat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Piara Gerli put it in 10-0 from a short distance just to the right of Pierre Landzaat. In the 61st minute, Piara Gerli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pierre Landzaat was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. Pierre Landzaat didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Piara Gerli went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 13-0 was the resulting score. S.C. Potentia's Pierre Landzaat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piara Gerli in the 66th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Piara Gerli's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pierre Landzaat was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. VAMO ARRIBA's Paulino Galo was substituted for Eulalio Cucao. 74 minutes into the game, Ezequiel Demesio threw the ball into play from the sideline. S.C. Potentia's Frits Douwes quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The VAMO ARRIBA fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when VAMO ARRIBA's Piara Gerli looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 15-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Eusebio Pacho made in the 88th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by S.C. Potentia's Timo van Persie. In the 90th minute Piara Gerli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pierre Landzaat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pierre Landzaat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Piara Gerli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pierre Landzaat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piara Gerli in the 97th minute of the match. There was no doubt that VAMO ARRIBA were the better team. VAMO ARRIBA's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
