Jacobo Autran stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alexandros Sardanis's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. In the 94th minute Bilbo Bermudez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Akis Sarafis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Spor Las Huevas's Jacobo Autran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandros Sardanis in the 95th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. AFC Ajax had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
