VB-Team's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luís Braga in the 8th minute. Baltasar Matias made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Ubaldo Cambiasso sent off a good shot on target. Ubaldo Cambiasso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Baltasar Matias came out and tried to block the shot, but Ubaldo Cambiasso slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 23rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Shao Kun Yuan during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Shao Kun Yuan hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gervásio Severiano in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anibal Cambiasso saved BAIRES from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Gervásio Severiano put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Anibal Cambiasso. When Luís Braga fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored VB-Team's protests and gave Luís Braga a yellow card for diving instead. In the 38th minute Joaquim de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anibal Cambiasso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anibal Cambiasso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luís Braga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gervásio Severiano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Cambiasso having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gervásio Severiano in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anibal Cambiasso saved BAIRES from getting behind. VB-Team were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after BAIRES's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luís Braga took the corner. Luís Braga made a great header on VB-Team's corner, it was just that BAIRES's Anibal Cambiasso managed to reach the ball for a save. Joaquim de Barros's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Anibal Cambiasso skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Baltasar Matias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ubaldo Cambiasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Genaro Cambiasso notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of VB-Team's Baltasar Matias. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
