Luan Moreira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Severiano Banegas made a huge save. Luan Moreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Banegas having to interfere. Severiano Banegas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luan Moreira in the 42nd minute of the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Isidoro Orlondon made the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luan Moreira in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severiano Banegas saved Los Cardales from getting behind. Severiano Banegas came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Flamengo FSCMZ's Luan Moreira. But to his dismay, Luan Moreira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. In the 68th minute, Luan Moreira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Flamengo FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 71st minute, Teodoro Teyo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Flamengo FSCMZ getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Filipe Nascimento hit a great ball. After 79 played minutes Flamengo FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Nascimento. 83 minutes into the game, Flamengo FSCMZ's Luan Moreira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Severiano Banegas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Severiano Banegas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luan Moreira's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Flamengo FSCMZ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Los Cardales had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
