Eric Hjälm made in the 20th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Jan Jönsson however managed to control. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henric Magnusson in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolfo Carrizo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tobias Kellberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Carrizo having to interfere. 32 minutes into the game, Saúl Gentiletti recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mikael Vennerström. Saúl Gentiletti showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Saúl Gentiletti's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mikael Vennerström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Mikael Vennerström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saúl Gentiletti, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Överås BK's goalkeeper Mikael Vennerström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Saúl Gentiletti. In the 43rd minute of the match FC Žalia Giria got a corner. Överås BK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jack Grealish ran over to the corner to take the kick.

The wind increased when Tobias Kellberg made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, FC Žalia Giria's Adolfo Carrizo got control of the ball when Douglas Fransson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adolfo Carrizo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Douglas Fransson in the 54th minute. Astijus Orbakas charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee ignored Överås BK's protests and gave André Falck a yellow card for diving instead. After 78 played minutes Överås BK got a freekick which was hit by André Falck. André Falck kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saúl Gentiletti in the 84th minute of play forced Överås BK's goalkeeper Mikael Vennerström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Överås BK's zone, Astijus Orbakas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mikael Vennerström came out of the goal and Astijus Orbakas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Žalia Giria were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Överås BK for a fine match.
