Spectators: 166 (Terracing: 125, Seating: 38, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Danilo Maranhense started the match with the kick off. Roger Myles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabrizio Canzano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 5th minute Otang Irawan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Myles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 8th minute of the match, 冯永宽 tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Iker Casillas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Iker Casillas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 冯永宽, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Iker Casillas made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Danilo Maranhense sent off a good shot on target. In the 18th minute of the match, Danilo Maranhense got a very nice opportunity to score, but Iker Casillas was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 20 minutes had been played when some careless play by Villa Gordiani's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 冯永宽 was slow to take the kick. During this time Illinois Bluewaters's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Illinois Bluewaters's Şeray Gürgen to a score. 1-0 in the 20th minute. Otang Irawan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by 冯永宽 in the 25th minute of play forced Villa Gordiani's goalkeeper Iker Casillas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arrigo Marrone scored 1-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roger Myles, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Iker Casillas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 冯永宽 in the 37th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Villa Gordiani's Franco Cacciatore got a free kick in the 39th minute. Danilo Maranhense blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Iker Casillas having to make a save. In the 45th minute, 冯永宽 left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Illinois Bluewaters fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

54 minutes into the match, Franco Cacciatore notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Illinois Bluewaters's Roger Myles. Roger Myles was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling 冯永宽 in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Iker Casillas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Philippe Albert's late challenge caught a Illinois Bluewaters's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Philippe Albert helped the player get up and apologised. Philippe Albert hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Villa Gordiani's Iker Casillas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Danilo Maranhense in the 65th minute of play. Iker Casillas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Maranhense in the 66th minute of play. Şeray Gürgen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Villa Gordiani's Philippe Albert got a free kick in the 70th minute. Illinois Bluewaters made a substitution. 高笑广 replaced Ward Mason. A collision led to Villa Gordiani getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Philippe Albert hit a great ball. When Illinois Bluewaters's 冯永宽, in the 76th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Illinois Bluewaters. 78 minutes into the game, Danilo Maranhense cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-2. Iker Casillas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 81 minutes into the match, 冯永宽 notched a goal, 4-2, to the right of Villa Gordiani's Iker Casillas. Iker Casillas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 88 minutes into the match, Illinois Bluewaters's 冯永宽 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iker Casillas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Iker Casillas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Maranhense in the 89th minute of play. The supporters of Illinois Bluewaters booed when Villa Gordiani was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ciro Esposito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Illinois Bluewaters made a substitution. Sal Jarrell replaced Şeray Gürgen. Ciro Esposito kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Iker Casillas came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Illinois Bluewaters's Sal Jarrell. But to his dismay, Sal Jarrell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-2. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Illinois Bluewaters fully deserved thier win.
