Sergio Faron made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valdo Dantas in the 2nd minute. In the 6th minute, Caio Pinto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. El Retorno de Palermo's Sergio Faron proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save El Retorno de Palermo from getting a goal against them. Caio Pinto lost his temper 15 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Caio Pinto kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After 17 played minutes Olivedos got a freekick which was hit by Caio Pinto. Abelardo Maranhense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Astor Abar in the 18th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Rômulo Custódio made a precise shot to the right of Sergio Faron. El Retorno de Palermo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Rubinho Chaves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, Damaso Estefan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Valdo Dantas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olivedos's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdo Dantas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sergio Faron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rômulo Custódio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Sergio Faron made a huge save. Valdo Dantass short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Sergio Faron to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Cássio Ferraz scored 4-0 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sergio Faron, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 36 minutes into the match, El Retorno de Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Valdo Dantas came free, but Sergio Faron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agostinho Cosme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Valdo Dantas got free with Sergio Faron in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cássio Ferraz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Rubinho Chaves managed to get in a good position for a shot. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leandro Ofelio to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdo Dantas in the 51st minute of play forced El Retorno de Palermo's goalkeeper Sergio Faron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Valdo Dantas succeeded in the game's 53rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 6-0. 56 minutes into the game, Valdo Dantas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Sergio Faron was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sergio Faron showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdo Dantas in the 59th minute of the match. Cássio Ferraz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergio Faron read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. 62 minutes into the match, El Retorno de Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Rômulo Custódio came free, but Sergio Faron reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. El Retorno de Palermo's Sergio Faron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdo Dantas in the 63rd minute of play. Rômulo Custódio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Faron having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Cássio Ferraz made a precise shot to the right of Sergio Faron. El Retorno de Palermo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. In the 69th minute, Valdo Dantas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olivedos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. Valdo Dantas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Sergio Faron tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olivedos's Luís Novaes was substituted for Valdo Dantas. 81 minutes into the game, Cássio Ferraz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Sergio Faron was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 85 minutes into the match, Osvaldinho Veiga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sergio Faron. El Retorno de Palermo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Osvaldinho Veiga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-0. 13-0 became the score in the 88th minute when Cássio Ferraz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Ferraz in the 91st minute of play forced El Retorno de Palermo's goalkeeper Sergio Faron to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cássio Ferraz took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sergio Faron. Sergio Faron dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 14-0. When the referee ended the match the Olivedos players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
