Alfredo Fiori charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alfredo Fiori the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 43rd minute, Robert Billock ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cezmi Suergin was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edip Rahim made a kick off. Finans Spor's Cezmi Suergin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Billock in the 59th minute of play. Cezmi Suergin was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Real Murçia FC fully deserved thier win.
