The crowd rose to their feet as ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s Pacorro Aguilar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arturo Borubar. That made the score 1-1 after 34 minutes of play. After 37 played minutes ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ got a freekick which was hit by Gaspar Alborza. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marek Czech in the 46th minute of play forced ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦'s goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Głodne Ghule u21's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marek Czech was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pero Falla took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arturo Borubar. Arturo Borubar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The ♠♥ Stardust Crusaders ♣♦ support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
