Red Bull Club's Slavko Mojsovski got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Svetomir Dzaferi's late challenge caught a Acilia Town's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Svetomir Dzaferi helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Acilia Town booed when Red Bull Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Svetomir Dzaferi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Franco Ucci's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fidan Tanasievski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. Red Bull Club's Fidan Tanasievski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Scofield Vinciguerra in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Scofield Vinciguerra in the 35th minute of play forced Red Bull Club's goalkeeper Fidan Tanasievski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Scofield Vinciguerra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fidan Tanasievski having to make a save. In the 37th minute Scofield Vinciguerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fidan Tanasievski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Svetomir Dzaferi kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. After having played for 40 minutes, Scofield Vinciguerra managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Acilia Town's supporters crossed their fingers, but Scofield Vinciguerra was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lurtim Ognjanovič kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Acilia Town's Dieguinho Tande was substituted for Scofield Vinciguerra. After some careless play in the Red Bull Club defense, Dieguinho Tande kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fidan Tanasievski. The Red Bull Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fidan Tanasievski should have stopped the shot. Dieguinho Tande blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fidan Tanasievski having to make a save. A collision led to Red Bull Club getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Heli Segura hit a great ball. The Red Bull Club supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Acilia Town's performance. The match ended with a win for Acilia Town.
