An unexpectedly hard shot by Slawomir Trzaskoma in the 7th minute of play forced Nippur de Lagash 2's goalkeeper Tito Chayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Nippur de Lagash 2 fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 10th minute. Penalty! Tito Chayo had in the 12thth minute some difficulties stopping Marcel da Rocha's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The excitement rose when Red Devils's Marcel da Rocha after 12 played minutes turned away three defenders near the goal, and after that shot a ball that was too difficult for Nippur de Lagash 2's goalkeeper to hold. Score! 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcel da Rocha in the 15th minute of play forced Nippur de Lagash 2's goalkeeper Tito Chayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tito Chayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcel da Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Marcel da Rocha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tito Chayo was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Hernan Lehen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcel da Rocha was the one to do the kick off. Nippur de Lagash 2's Tito Chayo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Nippur de Lagash 2 from getting a goal against them. Tito Chayo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcel da Rocha in the 52nd minute. 56 minutes into the match, Red Devils's goal looked a bit too open when Casimiro Cordarell came free, but Braulio Gartxot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 57 minutes into the match, Marcel da Rocha dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tito Chayo, 1-3. Simone Spano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Tito Chayo made a huge save. If Rosendo Dolfo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Simone Spano came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Red Devils fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Simone Spano couldn't finish the play. In the 70th match minute, Red Devils was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tanek Szel to maneuver through the defense. Simone Spano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tito Chayo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simone Spano in the 75th minute of play forced Nippur de Lagash 2's goalkeeper Tito Chayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Red Devils's Braulio Gartxot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Cordarell in the 77th minute of play. The supporters of Red Devils booed when Nippur de Lagash 2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgilio Emenon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sotos Zervoulakos came free in the 80th minute and tried to tip the ball over Tito Chayo, but to the joy of Nippur de Lagash 2's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. Red Devils's Marcel da Rocha got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tito Chayo came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Red Devils's Simone Spano. But to his dismay, Simone Spano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Lehen in the 87th minute of play forced Red Devils's goalkeeper Braulio Gartxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 89th minute of the match, Marcel da Rocha got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tito Chayo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 92 played minutes Nippur de Lagash 2 got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Dolfo. Virgilio Emenon hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. The Nippur de Lagash 2 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Red Devils's performance. The match ended with a win for Red Devils.
