The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With a little luck, Nippur de Lagash 2's Tito Chayo got control of the ball when Emilijano Kitanovski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ermegildo Pasqual made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Bertran in the 11th minute of play. Ermegildo Pasqual didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Israel Oliviero went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 16th minute Lorenzo Bertran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ermegildo Pasqual saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Nippur de Lagash 2's goalkeeper Tito Chayo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Stamen Šiškov. Red Bull Club's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Aban Popo in the 21st minute. After taking down the ball on Red Bull Club's corner Aban Popo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tito Chayo quite easily take care of the ball. Sixto Ariando kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Tito Chayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilijano Kitanovski in the 27th minute of play. Casimiro Cordarell kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Ermegildo Pasqual took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Oliviero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Red Bull Club's Ermegildo Pasqual played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Israel Oliviero in the 35th minute of play. Marcelino Jaunzuria hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Aban Popo, 37 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Tito Chayo had great luck who in the 39thth minute grab hold of the ball when Aban Popo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 47 minutes into the game, Oliver Rajkov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Red Bull Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nippur de Lagash 2 the free kick. A collision led to Red Bull Club getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Oliver Rajkov hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aban Popo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes Red Bull Club got a freekick which was hit by Lirian Rajkovski. 54 minutes into the match, Red Bull Club's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Lehen came free, but Ermegildo Pasqual reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aban Popo kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Nippur de Lagash 2 made a substitution. Sergio Dantae replaced Virgilio Emenon. Aban Popo hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Tito Chayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilijano Kitanovski in the 69th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emilijano Kitanovski in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tito Chayo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 73 minutes into the game, Red Bull Club's Aban Popo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tito Chayo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Reynaldo De Mitri during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Nippur de Lagash 2 getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Reynaldo De Mitri hit a great ball. In the 83rd minute, Sixto Ariando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nippur de Lagash 2's Tito Chayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilijano Kitanovski in the 84th minute of play. Hernan Lehen hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Ermegildo Pasqual made an important save on a dangerous shot by Israel Oliviero in the 89th minute. Nippur de Lagash 2's Tito Chayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stamen Šiškov in the 92nd minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Aban Popo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tito Chayo. Nippur de Lagash 2's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aban Popo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.
