With a little luck, Glasston's Carlton Convine got control of the ball when Roberto Romário tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ciseski‘s's Faustão de Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Grandison in the 22nd minute of play. The supporters of Glasston booed when Ciseski‘s was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Caeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thomas Grandison recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Carlton Convine made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Edmond Boureau sent off a good shot on target. Carlton Convine was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edmond Boureau showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 42 minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Glasston's goal looked a bit too open when Edmond Boureau came free, but Carlton Convine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Glasston's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
