A collision led to GOMEZ F.C. getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Henry Ritter hit a great ball. Per-Oskar Cane hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the match, GOMEZ F.C.'s Zenon Pino sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Afonso Vilaverde narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

Afonso Vilaverde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zenon Pino in the 75th minute of play. In the 82nd minute of the match, Henry Ritter got a very nice opportunity to score, but Afonso Vilaverde was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Zenon Pino took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Afonso Vilaverde to make any attempt to save it. If Zenon Pino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the game, Zenon Pino recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Afonso Vilaverde. Zenon Pino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched GOMEZ F.C. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
