Patrick Drewitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Esteban Lazcano during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Malmö Torpedos booed when Kekambas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Esteban Lazcano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Patrick Drewitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Lazcano in the 12th minute of play. In the 17th minute Leonel Enaut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Patrick Drewitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Patrick Drewitz came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Kekambas FC's Blas Peio. But to his dismay, Blas Peio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blas Peio in the 25th minute of play forced Malmö Torpedos's goalkeeper Patrick Drewitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patrick Drewitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Peio, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. If Leonel Enaut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Blas Peio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 47th match minute, Malmö Torpedos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustav Svanström to maneuver through the defense. When Karl-Åke Galle fell near the penalty area in the 48th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Malmö Torpedos's protests and gave Karl-Åke Galle a yellow card for diving instead. After 48 played minutes Malmö Torpedos got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Åke Galle. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Blas Peio made a kick off. Patrick Drewitz made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Blas Peio sent off a good shot on target. In the 55th play minute Blas Peio came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Patrick Drewitz. 0-3. Blas Peios short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Patrick Drewitz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Blas Peio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 60thth minute tested the skills of Patrick Drewitz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice moves Blas Peio could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Patrick Drewitz however easily saved by the left post. Dionisio Felo, 78 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 80 minutes into the match, Leonel Enaut notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Malmö Torpedos's Patrick Drewitz. Patrick Drewitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kekambas FC's Blas Peio got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jerry Pihlgren hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 98th minute there was a penalty for Kekambas FC. Dionisio Felo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Patrick Drewitz. 0-5. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Kekambas FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
