Sina Puro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelo Quexada read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 10th minute of play. FC NagelBitarna were awarded a corner in the 11th minute after Cusco FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Angelo Cavallaro took the corner. Piotr Giejda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cresitobalo Rilo's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. 22 minutes into the game, Conny Mogren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC NagelBitarna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cusco FC the free kick. Conny Mogren hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Angelo Cavallaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cresitobalo Rilo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. FC NagelBitarna's attentive Angelo Cavallaro managed to snatch the ball when Mincho Andinyach made a throw-in in the 53rd minute of the game. When Gabon Salantes fell near the penalty area in the 54th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cusco FC's protests and gave Gabon Salantes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 54th minute, Gabon Salantes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Malte Wallgren hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Sina Puro took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelo Quexada. Marcelo Quexada dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. After 83 played minutes Cusco FC got a freekick which was hit by Mincho Andinyach. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cresitobalo Rilo during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 92nd minute, Cresitobalo Rilo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Paris Anestis put it in 1-5 from a short distance just to the right of Marcelo Quexada. The Cusco FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. FC NagelBitarna were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
