Spectators: 149 (Terracing: 112, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Modesto Guillen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute Modesto Guillen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carroll Hathaway saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Modesto Guillen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carroll Hathaway read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Severo Montrelle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flávio Reis in the 8th minute of the match. After having played for 10 minutes, Inocencio Froila managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Super Chechona FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inocencio Froila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carroll Hathaway took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Modesto Guillen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oséias Gerber hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Sipo EC's Carroll Hathaway played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Modesto Guillen in the 14th minute of play. Carlos Alberto Passos's late challenge caught a Super Chechona FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Alberto Passos helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Super Chechona FC booed when Sipo EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Alberto Passos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carroll Hathaway showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximino Gizon in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Sipo EC's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Guillen came free, but Carroll Hathaway reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Super Chechona FC's Gonzalo Romano managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Rodolfo Porto in the 30 minute of the game. 31 minutes into the game, Modesto Guillen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Carroll Hathaway was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 36 played minutes, Super Chechona FC's Inocencio Froila shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carroll Hathaway came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Super Chechona FC reached it. Carroll Hathaway showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modesto Guillen, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. In the 40th minute of the match Super Chechona FC got a corner. Sipo EC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Inocencio Froila ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Super Chechona FC's Rogelio Tuste to fire away a dangerous shot which Carroll Hathaway despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Carroll Hathaway showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Guillen in the 43rd minute of the match. After 45 played minutes Sipo EC got a freekick which was hit by Filip Bykowski. In the 46th minute of the match Inocencio Froila shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carroll Hathaway showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Sipo EC's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Guillen came free, but Carroll Hathaway reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The wind increased when Oséias Gerber made the kick off in the second half. Modesto Guillen in the 52ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Carroll Hathaway, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 63 minutes in the game Carlos Alberto Passos did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Filip Bykowski. Modesto Guillen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Super Chechona FC's Gerardo Rufo was substituted for Maximino Gizon. After 68 minutes, Armando Prado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sipo EC and the Super Chechona FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Sipo EC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Armando Prado hit a great ball. Carroll Hathaway was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Inocencio Froila. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Modesto Guillen in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carroll Hathaway saved Sipo EC from getting behind. Carroll Hathaway came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Super Chechona FC's Modesto Guillen. But to his dismay, Modesto Guillen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. After 80 minutes of play Sipo EC's Carlos Alberto Passos was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 81 played minutes Sipo EC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Alberto Passos. If Modesto Guillen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 82 minutes into the match, Sipo EC's goalkeeper Carroll Hathaway had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Modesto Guillen. In the 84th minute, Modesto Guillen fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post.
