Spectators: 157 (Terracing: 118, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) PAJARRACO FC's Columbo Duarte started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ordóñez Zalaca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renato Portalupi in the 3rd minute of play. In the 7th minute Jorge Valdivia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Omar Lauren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute, Columbo Duarte made a precise shot to the right of Omar Lauren. Deportivo Balvanera's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Simon Valenzuela kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Isaias Erroman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ordóñez Zalaca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ordóñez Zalaca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Ecija in the 26th minute of play. In the 30th minute, one of PAJARRACO FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for PAJARRACO FC. Ordóñez Zalaca showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Erroman, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. After 39 minutes PAJARRACO FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eusebio Ecija who took care of the corner kick. Deportivo Balvanera's Eusebio Ecija was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ordóñez Zalaca in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Renato Portalupi scored 1-3 in the 43rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ordóñez Zalaca, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The audience was convinced that Isaias Erroman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ordóñez Zalaca was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. After 60 minutes Deportivo Balvanera's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roderik Callens who took care of the corner kick. The corner led PAJARRACO FC's Columbo Duarte to fire away a dangerous shot which Omar Lauren despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Deportivo Balvanera's Omar Lauren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roderik Callens in the 62nd minute of play. PAJARRACO FC's Ordóñez Zalaca proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save PAJARRACO FC from getting a goal against them. After 70 played minutes Deportivo Balvanera got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Ecija. Deportivo Balvanera's Jaroslaw Kaczorowski was substituted for Renato Portalupi. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Balvanera's Eusebio Ecija got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Columbo Duarte scored 2-3 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Omar Lauren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Omar Lauren came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by PAJARRACO FC's Columbo Duarte. But to his dismay, Columbo Duarte quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. François-Xavier Castello hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. The supporters of Deportivo Balvanera booed when PAJARRACO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roderik Callens didn't get a good kick on the ball. Deportivo Balvanera were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
