Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Cyrille Melon made the kick off which started today's match. Alvar Arvidsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cyrille Melon in the 4th minute of the match. In the 8th minute Mihail Toader shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvar Arvidsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 9thth minute of the game Cyrille Melon who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kattvik kings's Alvar Arvidsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 13thth minute of the game Jürgen Trittin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but R.C. Marseille's Gustave Souchu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cyrille Melon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvar Arvidsson having to interfere. Kurt Lövgren hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. 18 minutes into the game, Cyrille Melon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Alvar Arvidsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Alvar Arvidsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cyrille Melon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Cyrille Melon's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alvar Arvidsson was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. 28 minutes into the match, R.C. Marseille's Cyrille Melon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alvar Arvidsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Alvar Arvidsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyrille Melon in the 31st minute of play. In the 32nd minute of the match R.C. Marseille got a corner. Kattvik kings's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Renan Bouzat ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 33rd minute, Mihail Toader hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyrille Melon in the 39th minute of play forced Kattvik kings's goalkeeper Alvar Arvidsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Renan Bouzat hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 43 minutes into the match, Jürgen Trittin notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of R.C. Marseille's Gustave Souchu. Gustave Souchu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Kattvik kings's Şenel Zeval got a free kick in the 46th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The wind increased when John Bratt made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jürgen Trittin in the 53rd minute of play forced R.C. Marseille's goalkeeper Gustave Souchu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alvar Arvidsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cyrille Melon in the 54th minute of play. Cyrille Melon took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvar Arvidsson. Alvar Arvidsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyrille Melon in the 64th minute of play forced Kattvik kings's goalkeeper Alvar Arvidsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustave Souchu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şenel Zeval in the 66th minute of play. Cyrille Melon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. R.C. Marseille's Djibril Mourot was substituted for Mihail Toader. Jürgen Trittin struck a weak shot in the 83rd minute. Gustave Souchu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kattvik kings. Cyrille Melon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvar Arvidsson having to interfere. Gustave Souchu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from John Bratt, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 95th minute of the match R.C. Marseille got a corner. Kattvik kings's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Renan Bouzat ran over to the corner to take the kick. For all the effort they put into the match, the R.C. Marseille players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kattvik kings.
