After a rather tough play, FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Modesto Smitmans got a free kick in the 4th minute. Mazinho Barreto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 于永风 in the 5th minute of the match. Mazinho Barreto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 于永风, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynardo Lloredo in the 9th minute of play forced FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's goalkeeper Mazinho Barreto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mazinho Barreto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of 于永风's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Sakis Kaladosis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jardel Meireles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 14 minutes of play, Aek athens's Epeios Solomos made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mazinho Barreto was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 16th minute, Iphiklos Bentihavas made a precise shot to the right of Mazinho Barreto. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Sakis Kaladosis made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Diego Di Toma sent off a good shot on target. Sakis Kaladosis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jardel Meireles in the 25th minute. In the 30th minute Jardel Meireles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sakis Kaladosis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jardel Meireles in the 32nd minute of play forced Aek athens's goalkeeper Sakis Kaladosis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Aek athens's Sakis Kaladosis got control of the ball when Diego Di Toma tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sakis Kaladosis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jardel Meireles in the 34th minute of play. A collision led to Aek athens getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. 魏枫宇 hit a great ball. Jacinto Piarres charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jacinto Piarres the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 42 played minutes FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Piarres. 44 minutes had been played when some careless play by FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Iphiklos Bentihavas was slow to take the kick. During this time Aek athens's players had a chance to rest. In the 45th minute Jardel Meireles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sakis Kaladosis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dimos Dimitriou hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA made a substitution. Yu Hong Yong replaced Wellington Marquez. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA made a substitution. Manoel Mandrak replaced Diego Di Toma. In the 48th minute, Dimos Dimitriou hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonathan Huly to strike the kick off in the second half. Sakis Kaladosis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Huly in the 58th minute of the match. Epeios Solomos's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 60thth minute, Mazinho Barreto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Epeios Solomos in the 62ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mazinho Barreto, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Grzegorz Chazon kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Aek athens's Simeon Akrivopoulos was substituted for 魏枫宇. The supporters of FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA booed when Aek athens was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Grzegorz Chazon didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Aek athens's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Huly came free, but Sakis Kaladosis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sakis Kaladosis came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's Jonathan Huly. But to his dismay, Jonathan Huly quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Aek athens made a substitution. Aglauros Passas replaced Dimos Dimitriou. After 76 minutes Aek athens's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hulk Orange who took care of the corner kick. Sakis Kaladosis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manoel Mandrak, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA were awarded a corner. Hulk Orange went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which José Maria Cunha managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Huly in the 82nd minute of play forced Aek athens's goalkeeper Sakis Kaladosis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 于永风 fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mazinho Barreto having to interfere. 95 minutes into the game, Modesto Smitmans was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aek athens the free kick. A collision led to FORMIGÃO DE BRAGA getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Modesto Smitmans hit a great ball. Mazinho Barreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 于永风, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Aek athens walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
