A.D.ESMOJÃES's Laureano Rijo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norbert Major in the 10th minute of play. In the 16th minute, Eduardo Bulhosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The A.D.ESMOJÃES fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Laureano Rijo made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Norbert Major sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of A.D.ESMOJÃES booed when Pogoń Szczecin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Doris didn't get a good kick on the ball. Éder Palma struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Sebastião Xoxe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for A.D.ESMOJÃES. Norbert Major received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Laureano Rijo came out and tried to block the shot, but Norbert Major slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute the ball was on its way in behind A.D.ESMOJÃES's goalkeeper Laureano Rijo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Norbert Major fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laureano Rijo having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Pogoń Szczecin's Norbert Major sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Laureano Rijo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 33rd minute, Norbert Major reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Laureano Rijo. The goal made the score 2-2. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jonas Garcia was the one to do the kick off. In the 57thth minute of the game Norbert Major who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.D.ESMOJÃES's Laureano Rijo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 58 minutes into the match, A.D.ESMOJÃES's goal looked a bit too open when Norbert Major came free, but Laureano Rijo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute Norbert Major shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Laureano Rijo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Laureano Rijo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Norbert Major went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Sebastião Xoxe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eduardo Bulhosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastião Xoxe having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Pogoń Szczecin's Norbert Major sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Laureano Rijo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner ended in Éder Palma almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pogoń Szczecin's Sebastião Xoxe did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norbert Major in the 80th minute of play forced A.D.ESMOJÃES's goalkeeper Laureano Rijo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Sebastião Xoxe managed to avoid a goal in the 84thth minute, when A.D.ESMOJÃES's Mateus Baldaia fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 85th minute, Norbert Major ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Laureano Rijo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. 88 minutes into the game, Jonas Garcia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-3. Sebastião Xoxe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Laureano Rijo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norbert Major in the 95th minute of the match. Pogoń Szczecin's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
