The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Fredrik Åström managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC Mayonnaise's supporters rose to their feet, but Fredrik Åström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabiano Rago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The throw-in from Moisés Schmidt in the 17th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by AC Mayonnaise's Krister Örtlund. In the 22nd minute Carmine Milani shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ksawery Bondel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. AC Mayonnaise were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after LIVIOFOREVER's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Simon Clementsson took the corner. The corner led AC Mayonnaise's Krister Örtlund to fire away a dangerous shot which Fabiano Rago despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fabiano Rago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fredrik Åström, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 30 minutes into the match, AC Mayonnaise's Fredrik Åström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fabiano Rago narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fabiano Rago came out and tried to block the shot, but Elias Tharaldsen slotted it home off the left post making it 2-3 in the 90th minute. Simon Clementsson charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Simon Clementsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched AC Mayonnaise eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
