After having played for 11 minutes, Marek Majdoch managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC 08 Brühl's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marek Majdoch was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the FC GG defense, Adrian Tărău kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Selçuk Tekin. The FC GG fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Selçuk Tekin should have stopped the shot. In the 19th minute, Adrian Tărău made a precise shot to the right of Selçuk Tekin. FC GG's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Hasan Can İrgun kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. FC GG's Selçuk Tekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roman Kreuter in the 24th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Roman Kreuter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Selçuk Tekin. FC GG's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Roman Kreuter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Selçuk Tekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Boehm in the 28th minute of play. FC 08 Brühl's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Roman Kreuter in the 29th minute. It was a well-played corner which Arne Boehm managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. If Adrian Tărău had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arne Boehm took the ball and in the 33 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Selçuk Tekin. Selçuk Tekin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. In the 36thth minute of the game Adrian Tărău who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC GG's Selçuk Tekin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 38 minutes into the match, Arne Boehm notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of FC GG's Selçuk Tekin. Selçuk Tekin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Selçuk Tekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrian Tărău, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Selçuk Tekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Kreuter in the 42nd minute of play. After 42 minutes, Adrian Tărău made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. FC GG's Selçuk Tekin tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Roman Kreuter took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Selçuk Tekin. Selçuk Tekin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. After the first half FC 08 Brühl were leading 0-7. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
53 minutes into the match, FC GG's goalkeeper Selçuk Tekin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roman Kreuter. FC 08 Brühl's Marek Majdoch got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Selçuk Tekin made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Roman Kreuter sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Tărău in the 57th minute of play forced FC GG's goalkeeper Selçuk Tekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, FC GG's Selçuk Tekin got control of the ball when Arne Boehm tried to sneak it across the goal line. Selçuk Tekin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Arne Boehm in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute, Halil Utku Kutsalmis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FC 08 Brühl's Connor Gebert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Onurhan Sufi in the 64th minute of play. Selçuk Tekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrian Tărău in the 68th minute of play. After 69 minutes FC GG's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Roman Kreuter who took care of the corner kick. The corner led FC 08 Brühl's Roman Kreuter to fire away a dangerous shot which Selçuk Tekin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of FC 08 Brühl booed when FC GG was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Icardi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Selçuk Tekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Boehm in the 74th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Tărău in the 80th minute of play forced FC GG's goalkeeper Selçuk Tekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Selçuk Tekin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Arne Boehm went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-9 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Adrian Tărău took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Selçuk Tekin to make any attempt to save it. 89 minutes into the match, FC GG's goal looked a bit too open when Eduard Ganz came free, but Selçuk Tekin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Selçuk Tekin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Tărău in the 93rd minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, FC GG's goalkeeper Selçuk Tekin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roman Kreuter. When the match was over FC 08 Brühl could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC GG throughout the match.
