Villaverde Celeste Clube's Nenko Reza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugênio Custódio in the 11th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kıraç Uskan in the 16th minute of play forced Diamonds FC's goalkeeper Baltazar Diniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baltazar Diniz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kıraç Uskan in the 17th minute of play. Nenko Reza made a fantastic save in the 21st minute, when Shah Tan sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Villaverde Celeste Clube's Nenko Reza got control of the ball when Eugênio Custódio tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rafinha Trevisan was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 25 minutes into the match. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Diamonds FC! The referee gave Villaverde Celeste Clube a penalty, 27 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Roy Makaay, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Diamonds FC's Baltazar Diniz. 1-1. After a rather tough play, Diamonds FC's Shah Tan got a free kick in the 30th minute. Kıraç Uskan struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Baltazar Diniz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Villaverde Celeste Clube. The supporters of Diamonds FC booed when Villaverde Celeste Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position.
