The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to A State Of Trance getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Rafal Cetnar hit a great ball. Robin Olsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliks Ochabski in the 9th minute of the match. Iwan Dziuma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jim Håkansson in the 13th minute of play. 16 minutes into the game, Haymakers FC's Roger Pil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Iwan Dziuma made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. In the 19th match minute, A State Of Trance was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teobald Walicki to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, Roger Pil notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of A State Of Trance's Iwan Dziuma. Iwan Dziuma was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Bernard Zawada's late challenge caught a Haymakers FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernard Zawada helped the player get up and apologised. Bernard Zawada hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After 32 played minutes Kurt Ahlbeck rounded A State Of Trance's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Ahlbeck in the 35th minute of play forced A State Of Trance's goalkeeper Iwan Dziuma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lennart Kjellbom kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Feliks Ochabski hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Iwan Dziuma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Billy Jernberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45thth minute of the game Niclas Hermansson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A State Of Trance's Iwan Dziuma was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Lennart Kjellbom hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jim Håkansson to make the kick off. Iwan Dziuma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Pil, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 65 minutes into the match, A State Of Trance's goal looked a bit too open when Roger Pil came free, but Iwan Dziuma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Roger Pil fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haymakers FC's protests and gave Roger Pil a yellow card for diving instead. In the 68th match minute, Haymakers FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Pil to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliks Ochabski in the 71st minute of play forced Haymakers FC's goalkeeper Robin Olsen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Sven-Olof Blomkvist came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Haymakers FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sven-Olof Blomkvist couldn't finish the play. In the 83rd minute, Jim Håkansson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iwan Dziuma was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. 86 minutes into the game, Jim Håkansson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Iwan Dziuma was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iwan Dziuma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Ahlbeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Haymakers FC's Kurt Ahlbeck got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Haymakers FC's Robin Olsen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Haymakers FC from getting a goal against them. 93 minutes into the match, Haymakers FC's goal looked a bit too open when Feliks Ochabski came free, but Robin Olsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iwan Dziuma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roger Pil in the 96th minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Haymakers FC fully deserved thier win.
