Arkadiusz Smolarek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Remigiusz Pieknik in the 16th minute of play. Remigiusz Pieknik might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arkadiusz Smolarek. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Remigiusz Pieknik ran back to his position shaking his head. América-SC F.C.'s Arkadiusz Smolarek played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remigiusz Pieknik in the 19th minute of play. If Remigiusz Pieknik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lealtad Futbol Club's Méndez Marfa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Lealtad Futbol Club from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Lealtad Futbol Club's Méndez Marfa got control of the ball when Resul Erdemalp tried to sneak it across the goal line. Remigiusz Pieknik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Xesus Espoa got a throw-in 95 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Marcellus Spencer. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
