With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tadeo Quilino in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cenk Senih saved FC GILSAA from getting behind. 26 minutes into the match, FC GILSAA's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeo Quilino came free, but Cenk Senih reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tadeo Quilino came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Atlético Matorrales fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tadeo Quilino couldn't finish the play. 38 minutes into the match, Atlético Matorrales's goalkeeper Leonardo Loco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Baumer. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Miguel Baumer was the one to do the kick off. Cenk Senih was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Iker Tino. Through an outstanding action, after 57 minutes, Cenk Senih successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. FC GILSAA's Cenk Senih played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anastasio Caton in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hagbart Mølsgaard in the 63rd minute of play forced Atlético Matorrales's goalkeeper Leonardo Loco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Miguel Baumer's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonardo Loco was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. In the 96th match minute, Atlético Matorrales was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ambrosio Damario to maneuver through the defense. Atlético Matorrales were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
