With a little luck, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Alexandre Brasil got control of the ball when Alejo Otsando tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alejo Otsando scored 1-0 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexandre Brasil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Juninho Eger took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yunus Civan. Yunus Civan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Serginho Amorim made in the 17th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Trabzonspor's Mustafa Emrah Kuluk. Alexandre Brasil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejo Otsando, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. When Serginho Amorim fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's protests and gave Serginho Amorim a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th match minute, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serginho Amorim to maneuver through the defense. Alejo Otsando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Alexandre Brasil made a huge save. Yunus Civan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horacio Sayveon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horacio Sayveon in the 34th minute of play forced Trabzonspor's goalkeeper Yunus Civan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The corner led E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Serginho Amorim to fire away a dangerous shot which Yunus Civan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Alejo Otsando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Alexandre Brasil made a huge save. Tostão Motta made in the 39th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Trabzonspor's Guter Acosta. In the 45thth minute of the game Alejo Otsando who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Alexandre Brasil was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Horacio Sayveon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Alexandre Brasil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alejo Otsando in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes into the match, Trabzonspor's goal looked a bit too open when Juninho Eger came free, but Yunus Civan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alejo Otsando in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexandre Brasil saved E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE from getting behind. 63 minutes into the match, Trabzonspor's Bedrettin Özaktuğ broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Trabzonspor's Yunus Civan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Horacio Sayveon in the 66th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Horacio Sayveon in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yunus Civan saved Trabzonspor from getting behind. A collision led to E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Vítor Vieira hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the game, Serginho Amorim threw the ball into play from the sideline. Trabzonspor's Mustafa Emrah Kuluk quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The audience was convinced that Kerem Erek's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexandre Brasil was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Trabzonspor's Yunus Civan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juninho Eger in the 87th minute of play. In the 92nd minute of the match, Horacio Sayveon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yunus Civan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Kerem Erek put it in 2-1 from a short distance just to the right of Alexandre Brasil. For all the effort they put into the match, the E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Trabzonspor.
